Caffeine for headache/migraine relief

Okay so something many people don't know. Caffeine can relieve a headache or migraine. The reason behind this is that many pain reliever medication has caffeine in it.

What is caffeine?
Caffeine is a commonly used drug that increases alertness, decreases fatigue, and improves muscle coordination. Though coffee comes to mind as the most common source of caffeine, it's also naturally found in tea and chocolate, and it is often added to soft drinks and non-prescription drugs like pain-relievers and cold remedies. People vary in their sensitivity to caffeine. If used excessively, caffeine can be too stimulating and cause anxiety, sleep problems, muscle twitching, or abdominal pain.

Love or Lust (Part 2) Untold Stories

So things are going pretty well...Really well actually. She actually starts opening up to me about some things I never knew about. She tells me the real reason she moved back was, the company she was working for fired her for her medical problems. She wanted to move back here to be closer to her dad so they could start a lawsuit against them for wrongful termination. Now I'm talking to her seeing if its even worth getting a lawyer and suing them. Her dad had his mind set on her finding a lawyer. So that's got her pretty damn stressed, and with her medical issues. Now I never knew she had these problems, no one did. She never wanted to tell anyone (besides her family and doctors). She opens up to me about the medical issues and wants me to start going to the doctors with her, so of course I love this girl so I'm all over it. First doctor we go to was for her scoliosis. She has a 60 degree curve in her spine. For those of you who don't know what that is...Its basically a stretched out "S". So now I'm pretty shocked about that. Something I never knew. So now i start really noticing it. When I would rub her back I would really feel it. When she would lean over, you could actually see the turn sticking out.

Love or Lust (Part 1)

This is a story about this chick that I thought was "the one", whatever that means anymore. For security purposes I'm going to change the names. (I can see this girl somehow finding this and suing the crap out of me). So the story begins when I was about 17 years old, she was 20. I start going to these parties with some buddies..All of a sudden I see this chick show up, now I don't know if it was the beer talking or what but I had to get to know her. So we're playing kings cup and I go out and smoke, and she follows me out there to smoke as well...instantly hit it off, start talking, shes putting her number in my phone and so on. So we go back inside to continue the game, and notice there aren't any seats, so what do I do? Pull her on my lap to sit...and of course she's willing. and then the expected happens with her grabbing my hand, putting it around her. So I'm pretty damn happy at this point. I got this beautiful girl that I instantly start crushing for on my lap. So the flirting continues through the rest of the night. We get to the point where I think we were both pretty drunk.. so I play it off as she spilled beer on my hand.(never happened) so she gets this little cute face and gives my hand a big lick. (and remember this is the first night) So the end of the night comes and I can't leave my buddy hanging so we start walking home, when all of a sudden we see this SUV pull up behind us, so I go up to the window to check it out and see who it is....Its her...she called us stupid for walking in the snow and to get in and she'll give us a ride. Well duh we're gonna get in, or at least I was. Now we're in the car, and neither of us can get a smile off our faces, and once again grabs my hand to hold it. Drops us off at my place, and leaves. As soon as she leaves I get a text... Now we start texting all night. I can't get this girl out of my head at this point.

Life of an insomniac!

When you lose your temper in your pj's, there's no dignity. I've tried everything to get some sleep, Ive tried the sleeping pills, Ive tried the nose strips. Nothing seems to really work. I did have a sleeping tablet that use to work and I could wake up feeling just fine, until they stopped making it. I found a new one that seems to put me to sleep within a couple hours but the next day I feel like straight ass. Grumpy because I had to wake up to an alarm, extremely tired still, and for some reason felt like my stomach was eating itself. So needless to say, I only take those in desperate situations when I know I need the sleep and when I know I have plenty of time to actually get some sleep in.

My husky dot dot dot

Alright, so yes I do know huskies and know that they are high maintenance. But I think I found the highest one yet! This dog loves to chew things up. Her new phase is paper and cardboard. She just started last week chewing small wires.... Which scares me because she's targeting area is my computer.. My husky mix did the same thing and chewed through 2 laptops and fried their motherboards both times... With the set up I have now I think I would lose it.

Woman Drivers! >:-(

Alright, so the other week I was in a wicked cool car accident. The story is, I was tying to get out on the highway turning right. There are cars to the left of me trying to turn left. Of course I drive a small ass sports car and couldn't see over a damn donkey. So this row of like 3 female drivers (go figure) decide to pull out (heading the way I want to) on the shoulder to get on the highway. So I see everyone turning so while looking all over the place to see if I can see around these big ass cars. I decide to say screw it and pull out on the highway thinking it was clear to go (all these chicks are turning why can't I?) So here I go on my way out and BLAT!!! there's a Buick doing 60mph.

What is Mesothelioma?

Alright, so a lot of you are wondering why I have a post on this. Story is, a family member of mine was just diagnosed with Meso, and I just wanted to spread some information out there to others about what it is. Mesothelioma is a lethal form of cancer that attacks the thin layer of cells surrounding the lungs, heart, and abdominal cavity. Because the first symptoms appear decades after initial exposure to asbestos, mesothelioma is often diagnosed in late stages.

Spray paint Artists

Alright, so if anyone has ever seen these guys, its really cool to watch. They paint these pictures using spray paint, cardboard, cans and other household items. I actually got a really cool picture from a street vendor from Las Vegas that I LOVE. You gotta think how long these guys have been doing this to actually get this good at. I mean yeah you see the normal graffiti on walla and trains, and occasionally see a pretty cool one, but to create a really cool picture like these is a true masterpiece. I would suggest that if anyone gets the chance to see someone do these, watch, and buy one! I don't know if these guys go to school to do this, or just a lot of time painting and painting. Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3

Alright ladies and gents, the time has come. So far, I am pretty impressed with
MW3. BUT, there are still its pros and cons which I'll get to in a minute. But first some things I like about what they did and didn't do. I like that they used this "Elite" option, where if your willing to spend $49.99 for a year, they give you things such as:MW3 downloadable content. New monthly DLC released over 9 months. It lets you connect with friends and meet new people toe form clans and groups. Share videos from COD MW3 theater.

How to remove the "plastic" on a Mossberg tactical .22lr

Here is a quick take down and first step to cleaning this gun. Now this is not as easy as a true AR-15. this gun cannot be field stripped (you will lose screws)
ALWAYS INSURE THE GUN IS UNLOADED AND DO A VISUAL AND PHYSICAL CHECK! ALWAYS KEEP THE GUN POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTION.
First things first and take off any attachments you might have. (red dots, tactical lights, fore-grips)
Next your going to want to find a open area or table that's going to be able to have plenty of room.
next start taking out screws, 15 total to take off all the plastic (see picture for locations)
after all the screws are out, take off the barrel shrouds.
next take out the mag release switch
now you can take off the main side and stock.
next you will find a hex screw inside behind the trigger above the hand grip. make sure that screw is completely out. now the back side should come off. (if not make sure all screws are out)
then you will be able to take the internals out and start cleaning (will post how to do that when i get my new spring that i broke in)

Battlefield 3 vs. MW3

Which to buy? Everyone has their own opinion. Some people say Call of Duty is all the same just changes up the maps and kill streaks. Some say MW has cheesy graphics. I have played both Call of Duty games and Battlefield and will say that they both have their perks and upsets. Battlefield; in my opinion, released Battlefield 2  to soon. The graphics are awesome bit WAY to glitchy. The fact that you can actually mob around in tanks and choppers is sick. to where in MW you can be "camping in a bush" and twitch and everyone can see you move. I do not like the radar they have in COD where when you fire everyone can see you. Seems kinda cheap.

Ar-15

So, looking to purchase a Ar-15. AR-15s are often seen as high-dollar rifles, coming in at $1000, $1500 or more. This perception can lead the survivor on a budget to assume that an AR is out or their reach, and therefore exclude it from their survival rifle search, in favor of AK-47s, SKSs and Mini-14s. Fortunately, while there are certainly a number of very expensive ARs on the market, there are also a number of cost-effective solutions for those of us with tight firearms budgets. I do have a Mossberg .22lr tactical which sits on a Ar frame.
